| Exchange Disseminated Time | AIA Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 01, 2014 to September 11, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 11, 2014.
Further the Company has informed that, the dividend shall be paid / dispatched by the Company on or after September 17, 2014 through Dividend warrants / NECS mode subject to the settlement date given by Reserve Bank of India.
The Cut-off date for entitlement of voting rights as per the shares held by member(s) shall be August 01, 2014. |
