| Exchange Disseminated Time | International Combustion India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 01, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the third Quarter and nine months' period ended December 31, 2015.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct To Regulate, Monitor And Report Trading by Insiders framed as required under the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed during the period from January 18, 2016 to February 03, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, designated employees. Auditors and their dependents on account of consideration of the above price-sensitive matter at the aforementioned Board Meeting of the Company. |
