| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vinyl Chemicals (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 12, 2013 to July 26, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 26, 2013.
Subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be paid to those shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company on the date of AGM (i.e. July 26, 2013) on or after July 31, 2013. |
