Further the Company has informed that, the permission has been granted by the Registrar of Companies under Section 166(1) of the Companies Act, 1956 for extension of three months for holding Annual General Meeting of the Company for financial year 2007-2008 i.e., to hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) latest by June 26, 2009. |
