| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ind-Swift Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2011, has approved the following:
1. Allotment of 20,44,000 equity shares to Promoters Group upon conversion of 20,44,000 Zero Coupon Optionally Convertible Warrants (2009 Series) at a price of Rs. 25/- per share.
2. Allotment of 10,00,000 equity shares upon conversion of 10,00,000 Zero Coupon Optionally Convertible Warrants (2010 Series) at a price of Rs. 40/- per share to other bodies corporate.
3. Allotment of 14,20,000 number of 1% Non Cumulative redeemable Preference shares of Rs. 100/- each to various atlottes. |
