    With reference to earlier announcement dated January 25, 2011 where in JM Financial Products Ltd has informed BSE about the part release of pledge of 1,78,144 equity shares being 0.52% of the share capital of Bartronics India Ltd, required under Regulation 7(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 1997

    In this regard JM Financial Products Ltd has now informed that 6,80,000 shares have been released on August 01, 2011 and the balance 11,45,000 shares (constituting 3.36% of the paid-up share capital of 3,40,48,861) continues to remain pledged with them.
