- Allotment of 86,84,775 fully paid up Rights Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 50/- per Rights Equity Shares including a share premium of Rs. 40/- per Rights Equity Shares, to the Eligible Equity Shareholders of the Company and in pursuance of the Basis of Allotment approved by BSE Limited, the designated Stock Exchange. |
