Further, the Trading Window, as defined in the Company's Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed for designated employees which includes Directors and Officers from February 04, 2016 in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors for taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.
The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company. |
