Devgupta, Executive Director of the Company has expired on the closing hours of May 10, 2014. On completion of his tenure he also ceases to be the Director of the Company. Shri J K Devgupta was appointed by the Shareholders at the AGM of the Company for a period of 2 years from May 11, 2012 to May 10, 2014.
Further the Company has informed that, the Board is duly constituted as per Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement post the completion of tenure of Shri J. K. Devgupta. |
