1. Resignation of Mr. Harish Trivedi as Director:
- Mr. Harish Trivedi, independent Director has resigned from the Company's Board due to his pre occupation with other activities. His resignation was accepted by the Board at the meeting held on March 25, 2015.
Accordingly, Mr. Harish Trivedi ceases to be a Director of the Company with effect from March 25, 2015.
2. Appointment of Additional Director as Non Executive Independent Director:
The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 25, 2015 has appointed Mrs. Ann Gonsalvez, who shall hold office upto the date of Annual General Meeting has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director. |
