Since the relevant sections were enforced w.e.f. 1st April, 2014. Company was of the opinion that as during the year 2013-14 company has suffered losses accordingly CSR is not applicable to the company, however later on Company ensured all the compliance of CSR for the Financial Year 2015-16 Now Company is taking suitable measures in the aforesaid matter. |
