1. Increase in authorized share capital and alteration in the Memorandum of Association of the Company (Ordinary Resolution)
2. Allotment of 20,00000 equity share to Mitsubishi Pencil Co. lid. (Special Resolution).
Duly completed Postal Ballot Form should reach the Scrutinizer not later than the close of working hour on May 30, 2012.
