The Board of Directors of the Company have authorized Mr. Viswanath Tadimety to negotiate with suitable parties for setting up a joint venture in the Middle East for taking up I.T. business. Consequent to the discussions, a MOU has been signed with Gold Coastway Ltd to form a Joint Venture Company in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Company will be investing about U.S. Dollars 250,000 in the joint venture and will be the majority partner owning 55% of the total investment. |
