| Exchange Disseminated Time | Visa Steel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2014, which would include the fourth quarter results from January 01, 2014 to March 31, 2014.
Further, pursuant to "VISA Steel Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of May 15, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the Stock Exchanges. |
