Patel, Promoter, Non-Executive, Non Independent Director of the Company, on Thursday, February 08, 2018. Mr. Patel was one of the Founder & pioneer of the Company and played crucial leadership roles through his long career at Apollo group.
Mr. Patel incorporated this Company in the year 1986 and the Company immensely benefited from his vision and leadership during his tenure.
Mr. Patel's sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company. All the directors and employees of the Company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
