| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to earlier communication dated July 24, 2014 on the Provisional Attachment Order of the Enforcement Directorate concerning shares of Nava Bharat Energy India Limited (NBEIL), held by Nava Bharat Projects Limited (NBPL), both subsidiaries of Nava Bharat Ventures Limited, Nava Bharat Ventures Ltd has now informed BSE that :-
"The Adjudicating Authority passed order on 22nd May 2015 confirming the above Provisional Attachment. This Order shall continue during the pendency of the proceedings under the PML Act.
NBPL and NBEIL, the Subsidiaries of the Company will seek further judicial intervention by filing appeal before the appropriate authority and are confident of obtaining appropriate reliefs against the Confirmation Order of the Adjudicating Authority on the said Provisional Attachment of the shares of NBEIL held by Nava Bharat Projects Limited (NBPL)." |
