We refer to our letter dated March 27, 2017 wherein we had informed Exchanges that the Board of Directors have recommended appointment of Messrs Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP (Firm Registration No. 117366W/W-100018) as Statutory Auditors of the Company.
We now wish to inform that the shareholders of the Company at the 65th Annual General Meeting held today i.e. September 01, 2017 have approved the appointment of Messrs Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP (Firm Registration No. 117366W/W-100018) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 consecutive years from the conclusion of the 65th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 70th Annual General Meeting to audit the Financial Statements of the Company from Financial Year 2017-18.
