| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gufic Biosciences Ltd has informed BSE that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, the auditors of the Company have made the following observations:
"We are unable to express our opinion on the recoverability and consequently provision of Debts, aggregating to Rs 388.90 lacs, which continues to be outstanding for more than one year. However, in the opinion of the management, the same are good and recoverable and thus no provision is required in respect thereof." |
