| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the news appeared in Asian Age dated June 08, 2015 captioned "SpiceJet plans to add 7 aircrafts", Spicejet Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :
"In this regard, we draw your attention to our earlier communication dated May 21, 2015 wherein we informed the exchange that the Company is making efforts to increase its fleet size to 45-50 aircraft by the financial year ending March 2016.
The Company is making continues efforts to ramp-up its fleet size and the news item appearing in the Asian Age regarding addition of seven (7) aircraft to our fleet is within the overall strategy of increasing the fleet size to 45-50 aircraft from the current fleet size of 35 aircraft as informed earlier." |
