| Exchange Disseminated Time | Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 10, 2011, inter alia, have approved the following:
1. Adoption of Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended as on that date and the Reports of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Declaration of Dividend @ Re. 1/- per share on 3,97,70,039 equity shares of Rs. 10/-each aggregating to Rs. 397.70 lakhs.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. L. N. Bangur and Mr. Rajiv Kapasi as Directors.
4. Re-appointment of M/s. B. S. R. & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as Auditors of the Company.
5. Appointment of Mr. P. R. Ramakrishnan and Mr. Paul Brown as Directors. |
