Notice pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 is hereby given that the trading window (for trading in Company's securities) shall remain closed from November 3, 2017 to November 12, 2017 (both days inclusive) in connection with the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company, scheduled to be held on Friday the 10th day of November, 2017 at 2.00 p.m to consider approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the second quarter and half year ended as on 30th September, 2017.
The Trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Company's un-audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges.
