1. The Board of Directors have declared interim dividend of Rs. 1.60 (160%) per Equity share of Re. 1/- each fully paid up for the Financial Year 2015-16 and the interim dividend shall be paid/warrants will be despatched within 30 days of declaration;
2. Mr. Nawshir H. Mirza has been appointed Additional Director (Category - Independent) w.e.f. October 28, 2015. |
