| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Orient Cement Ltd has informed BSE that Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 , the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees (including Directors) from January 16, 2014 till February 3, 2014 for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2013. All designated employees have been informed not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
