Pursuant to Regulation 30 (3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India - (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and events specified in Para B of Part A of Schedule III, this is to inform that a fire had broken out and was brought under control at our R & D Centre, Mahape, Navi Mumbai on 26th January, 2018.
Kindly note that the operations of the Company are going on normally. The extent of the damage/loss is yet to ascertained and there is enough insurance cover for the properties/ equipments.
Due to the National Holiday on 26th January, 2018 followed by the Saturday and Sunday the Company has informed the Exchanges today.
