| Exchange Disseminated Time | Uniphos Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 18, 2009, inter alia, have accorded their unanimous consent to the following:
1. Adoption of the audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009, Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Jai R. Shroff, Director who retired by rotation.
3. Appointment of M/s. S. V. Ghatalia & Associates as Auditors for the year 2009-2010 at remuneration to be fixed by the Board of Directors. |
