| Exchange Disseminated Time 31/03/2016 12:25:25 | Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that Dr. Sankaranarayana Rama Iyer, an Independent Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board with effect from April 01, 2016 due to his pre-occupation and other engagements.
Further, in terms of the Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other connected persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading and Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from March 31, 2016 till completion of 48 hours after the date of this intimation is submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company. |
