3. Appointment of M/s. P. C. Ghadiali & Co. as Statutory Auditors.
4. Consolidation of face value of Equity Shares from Re. 1/- to Rs. 10/- each.
5. Alteration of Authorised Share Capital clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
6. Issue of Equity Shares and Warrants on a Rights basis to the Members of the Company. |
