"The Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 06, 2015 decided to convene the ensuing 54th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company on September 25, 2015 at 11.30 AM and the outcome of Board Meeting was submitted likewise to exchange.
However, there was certain ambiguity regarding whether September 24, 2015 or September 25, 2015 will be declared as a Public Holiday and subsequently after submission of the Outcome of Boas Meeting, September 25, 2015 is declared as a Public Holiday on account of Bakri Id.
Due to said declaration, the ensuing 54th AGM of the Members of the Company could not be convened on September 25, 2015. This has resulted in the forced change in date of said AGM.
Hence, under said changed circumstances, the date of ensuing 54th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company is fixed on September 26, 2015 at 11.30 AM
Further the Book Closure dates and the Cut-off date as mentioned in the outcome of Board Meeting furnished on August 06, 2015 remain unchanged." |
