Lahoti Navneet &Co., Chartered Accountants (Registration No. 116870W), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
They shall hold office for a term of five consecutive years from the conclusion of this 109th AGM, until the conclusion of the 114th AGM to be held in the year 2022, subject to ratification of their appointment by the members of the Company at every AGM at such remuneration plus service tax and expenses as may be mutually agreed between the Board of Directors of the Company and the Statutory Auditors.
