| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/11/2015 12:52:41 | Jyoti Ltd has informed BSE that in compliance with the provisions of Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement, Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed December 03, 2015 as the "Cutoff date" to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their votes electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 71st Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on December 10, 2015.
The e-voting period shall commence from 10.00 hrs on December 07, 2015, to 17.00 hrs on December 09, 2015.
The Company would be availing e-voting services of the Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). |
