| Exchange Disseminated Time | Aditya Birla Money Ltd has informed BSE that members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the special resolution to alter the existing Clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the Company by substituting it with the following Clause II, with requisite majority :
"II. The Registered office of the Company will be situated in the State of Gujarat.
Upon confirmation by the Company Law Board, Chennai Bench the Registered Office of the Company be shifted from Ali Towers, No. 55, Greams Road, Chennai - 600 006 to Indian Rayon Compound, Veraval, Gujarat - 362266." |
