| Exchange Disseminated Time | BASF India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is engaged interalia in the manufacture of expandable polystyrene, leather chemicals and auxiliaries, textile chemicals, agrochemicals at Thane.
As part of the ongoing rationalization measures undertaken by the Company at Thane, the production activity at one of the plants viz, the agrochemicals plant in Thane site is being discontinued. There are no adverse impact of a material nature arising on account of this discontinuance. Alterative arrangements are put in place for supply of agrochemicals products to the Company's customers. |
