1. Financial Results
- To approve and take on record the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016, along with the Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors thereon.
2. Closing of Trading Window
Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company's internal Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading ("Code"), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Directors and Key Management Personnel of the Company and the Designated Persons defined under the Code from January 16, 2017 to January 25, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
