| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat State Financial Corporation has informed BSE that the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on November 23, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To receive, consider and adopt the Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet of the Corporation for the year ended on March 31, 2007 along with Auditor's Report thereon and the report of the Board of Directors.
2. To reappoint M/s. R S Patel & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as auditors of the Corporation to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of next Annual General M4eting as recommended by RB1 and to fix their remuneration. |
