TeamLease Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider, the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of our Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.

Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated persons (as defined in the code) till November 12, 2016.
