Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 to consider, approve and take on record inter-alia Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from January 15, 2018 and shall open 48 hours after the information becomes generally available for approval of Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2017. |
