| Exchange Disseminated Time | Winsome Yarns Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2010, has approved the following:
1. Issue of GDRs / ADRs / FCCBs / QIP / securities convertible in to equity shares / fully or partly convertible debentures / securities / any other domestic / international offering, subject to approval of shareholders upto Rs. 100 crore.
2. FIIs investment in the Company, subject approval of shareholders.
3. Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 60.00 Crores to Rs. 65.00 Crores, subject to approval of shareholders. |
