| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jindal Strips Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on February 26, 2005, the shareholders of the Company have approved the following:
1. Increase in Authorised Share Capital from Rs 60 million to Rs 150 million.
2. Appointment of Smt Deepika Jindal as Executive Director.
3. Authorisation in favour of the Board to make further issue of securities if it deems fit and proper at any time or times.
4. Change of name of the Company from "Jindal Strips Ltd" to "Nalwa Sons Investments Ltd". |
