1. Appointment of M/s. RNA & Associates, Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2014-15;
2. Adoption of policies like Risk Management Policy, Related Party Transaction Policy and Code of Conduct for Independent Directors;
3. Adoption of Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015;
4. Adoption of Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor & report trading by its employees and other connected persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. |
