| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/07/2016 16:37:33 | Next Mediaworks Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the August 05, 2016, inter alia, to:
1. Consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016; and
2. To consider in principle, the issue of equity shares of Rs.10/- each of the Company by way of rights issue for raising funds for the Company.
As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors, Officers and the Designated Employees of the Company from July 27, 2016 to August 07, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
