| Exchange Disseminated Time | Goldiam International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following businesses:
1. Declaration of final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share (15%) subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing general meeting.
2. In terms of Regulations 8 and 9 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India- (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular dated May 11, 2015, the Board has adopted the Code of practices for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders.
The Code of practices for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information shall also be uploaded on the Company’s website, as required. |
