| Exchange Disseminated Time 17/08/2016 17:27:06 | GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 31, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1).
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from August 24, 2016 to August 31, 2016 (both days inclusive) inter alia for the purpose of announcement of the Un-audited Financial results of the Company. The trading window shall open from September 03, 2016. |
