| Exchange Disseminated Time 01/04/2016 13:01:26 | Agro Tech Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 26, 2016, inter alia, for approval of audited accounts and recommending payment of dividend if any for the year ending March 31, 2016.
Further, in terms of the Company's "Code of Conduct for Insider Trading and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information", adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for Directors and Designated Employees (and their Immediate Relatives) shall remain closed from April 01, 2016 till the second working day after the announcement of Audited financial results for the year ending March 31, 2016 (both days inclusive).
An analyst call on the financial results is also scheduled for April 27, 2016. |
