Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from November 03, 2015 to November 10, 2015 (both days Inclusive) inter alia for the purpose of announcement of the Audited Financial results of the Company.
