Company. Mr. Ravikumar V. Company Secretary has resigned from the services of the Company w.e.f. December 05, 2011 and in his place Mr. Suresh V. Joshi has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. December 06, 2011.
In his capacity as Company Secretary, Mr. Suresh V. Joshi will discharge the functions of Compliance Officer under the Listing Agreement of the Stock Exchanges, apart from discharging the Statutory Functions and other assignments entrusted to him from time to time w.e.f. December 06, 2011. |
