| Exchange Disseminated Time | Orient Abrasives Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 06, 2014, inter alia, to approve and take on record unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014.
Further, as per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors/Designated Employees, other persons having access to the Price Sensitive Information and their dependents from July 22, 2014 to August 07, 2014 (Both days inclusive), for following items:-
i. approval and take on record of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014;
ii. approval of amended Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and;
iii. approval of amended Code of Conduct for Board Members and senior Management Personnel. |
