| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Shree Precoated Steels Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to an Order made on December 12, 2008, the High Court of Judicature at Bombay has directed that a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on January 12, 2009 for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the arrangement embodied in the composite Scheme of Arrangement between the Ajmera Realty and Infra India Ltd(ARIIL) (formerly known as "Shree Precoated Steels Ltd") (Demerged Company) and Ajmera Precoated Steels Ltd(APSL) ("the Resulting Company") and their respective shareholders ("the Scheme"). |
