| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/08/2015 16:04:48 | Khandwala Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 12, 2015 to September 19, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 19, 2015.
Further, the Company will provide its members the facility to exercise their votes electronically for resolutions proposed to be considered at the 22nd AGM. The Company has fixed September 12, 2015 as the cut-off date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of members for e-voting. E-voting period will commence from September 16, 2015 (9.00 A.M.) till September 18, 2015 (5.00 P.M.). |
