| Exchange Disseminated Time | Triveni Turbine Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. The Board of Directors will also consider decision on recommendation of final dividend if any, on the equity share capital of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
Further pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect from April 30, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results, both days inclusive. |
