| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/10/2015 11:58:05 | With reference to the earlier letter dated June 05, 2015, the Company had announced that Mr. Aijaz Tobaccowalla intends to step down from his position of Managing Director of Pfizer Limited.
Pfizer Ltd has now informed BSE that Mr. Tobaccowalla has now formally resigned from the said position effective close of business on October 16, 2015.
The day-to-day operations of the Company shall be managed by Mr. S. Sridhar, presently the Executive Director, Business Unit and Distribution Head, until such time that Mr. Tobaccowalla's successor is appointed by the Board of Directors. |
